The kohlrabi microgreens can be grown in as little as 2 weeks, they’re ready to eat once the first leaves appear and have lavender-coloured stems with green leaves. If you prefer you can wait for the second set of leaves to appear, this is referred to as true leaf kohlrabi microgreens.
